If you have chosen "pick-up in our showroom" when ordering online, you can pick up your order from the next business day, provided that the product is in stock. You will receive a retrieval message with directions when the order is ready.
If you need the product the same day, you can reserve the product by phone or email. The product is then laid out in our showroom without any obligation and could be purchased immediately.

It's possible! In the order process there's an option to 'specify different delivery address'. Fill in the details of the delivery address and you will receive your order at this address. Do you want to change the delivery address after you've placed your order? Please contact customer service.
The costs depend on your order. We deliver a Stoov heated seat cushion starting at 7, - shipping costs and Dock6 starting at 25, -
Stoov also supplies abroad. For information about the shipping costs to one of these countries, choose the desired delivery country to your cart. The postage is immediately visible.
If you want to change the order or cancel, we advise you to contact customer service. When the order is shipped, we unfortunately can not amend the order any more.
The delivery time of your order is shown in the order confirmation.
The order will be shipped when all items are in stock. If you have placed an order in which several items have a different delivery time, you can request for products in stock to be sent already.
During the summer and Christmas period there may be a delay in delivery. Orders containing products we have in stock will be delivered on time. Naturally, we make every effort to deliver the order as soon as possible.
Please note that when paying by bank transfer, the order will be expedited 1 to 2 days after we have received payment.
